Structured intelligence for an
unstructured world.
Knovolo is building the data layer that connects global events to the supply chains, commodities, and infrastructure they affect – turning fragmented public information into plausibility-scored, causally contextualised intelligence.
The opportunity
Risk intelligence is a multi-billion euro market built on incomplete foundations.
Industry analysis consistently identifies alert noise, data quality, and interpretation complexity as the defining pain points across enterprise supplier risk platforms – symptoms of an approach built around signal volume rather than signal coherence. What the market has not produced is a principled framework for connecting global events to their downstream commodity and supply chain implications. The gap is not access to information. It is structure.

What we've built
A principled architecture, not just another dashboard.
Knovolo's Structured World Awareness framework ingestes heterogeneous public signals – news, government records, social media, commodity markets – and evaluates them against a structured world model spanning known actors, infrastructure and commodities. Convergent Signal Confirmation (CSC) extens this into a formal theorem for causal commodity propagation, enabling plausibility-scored forecasts of downstream supply chain impact.
Dynamic event layer
Continuously ingested signals clustered, scored, and contextualised in real time across 198 event categories.
Ground truth layer
A structured reference model of known actors, facilities, infrastructure, and commodities – anchoring every signal to the real world.
Causal commodity graph (CSC)
A formal framework for propagating market deviations through BOM-style dependency structures, grounded in empirical spillover modelling.
EU-sovereignity by design
Built exclusively on EU infrastructure, with a customer-side relay architecture ensuring supply chain data never has to leave the customer's environment.
Why now
Regulatory tailwinds are forcing this to become a budget line.
Knovolo's plausibility-scored, source-traceable event intelligence is structurally suited to these requirements in a way generic risk databases are not:
- Continuous monitoring, not periodic review – signals are evaluated as they emerge, not on a quarterly cycle
- Every event is traceable to source – supporting the documentation CSDDD and LkSG require, not just an internal alert
- Plausibility scoring surfaces what's worth acting on – rather than burying analysts in undifferentiated alerts
- Built around source-level transparency, not black-box scoring – outputs are designed to support human judgement, not replace it
